After receiving pricing estimates we were pleased with the price in comparison to majority of manufacturers contacted. We requested and received samples as expected and went ahead with placing an order. When the order was received we were horrified to find out that 90% of the goods we had ordered were missing from the container. This order was already paid in full as upfront payment was required and they have been ignoring all communication since.
